Adult Faith Formation
If you or someone you know is interested in becoming Catholic, classes at St. Anthony's will meet weekly on Thursday evenings. The RCIA, Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults, is both non-baptized and those baptized in other Christian faith traditions. It is a process of spiritual growth and learning more about the Catholic Church and our Christian faith. Classes start in October and are held on Thursdays at St. Anthony's parish in the classrooms. Classes are open to those Catholics who have been confirmed. Those joining will be formally brought into the Catholic community at the Easter Vigil Mass.
Even if you are not sure at this point but would like to learn more, please consider attending the sessions. If you know of someone who may be interested, encourage him or her to call. Every year the majority of those who join have been encouraged by a Catholic they know.
Take time to invite someone you know.
For more information please contact St. Anthony's parish office at 665-2259 or rcia@stanthonyangola.com
